Returns & Refunds

At Sylvan Reveries, each item is made to order especially for you. This allows us to reduce waste and avoid overproduction, but it also means our returns process differs slightly from traditional retail.

If there is an issue with your order, we are always here to help.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item

Once reviewed, we will offer a free replacement or full refund.


Sizing & Fit

As all products are made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or free returns for items ordered in the wrong size.

We kindly ask that you:

  • Review the size guide provided on each product page
  • Check measurements carefully before ordering

We do not support ordering multiple sizes of the same item with the intention of returning unwanted items.

If you are unsure about sizing before placing an order, feel free to contact us—we are happy to help.


Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Ordering multiple variations for comparison

This policy allows us to operate sustainably and keep our products responsibly made.


Refund Process

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider
